Are emails uploaded to a server?

No. Parsing and PDF creation happen entirely in your browser. Messages never leave your device.

Does this embed attachment files inside the PDF?

No. The PDF contains the message headers and body as text. You can include a list of attachment names; the binary attachments themselves are not embedded (unlike some desktop tools).

Why does my MSG file fail?

Some Outlook MSG variants or corrupted exports may not parse. Try saving as .eml from your mail client when possible.

Is HTML email preserved?

HTML is converted to plain text for reliable layout in the PDF. Complex formatting may be simplified.
